SCHOOL FACULTY

Accompanists, Ballet Hispanico School of Dance

Seeking experienced guitar and piano accompanists for classes in Spanish Dance and Flamenco.
Accompanists would begin with our Summer Intensive program, which runs July 7 - Aug 1, 2008,
resuming in our Fall Semester which begins September 8, 2008.

Classes are typically conducted Monday-Friday, between the hours of 4:00pm-8:00pm, and Saturdays from 9:30am-5:00pm.

BALLET HISPANICO COMPANY

OPEN CALL FOR EXPERIENCED PROFESSIONAL DANCERS.

When:        Tuesday, May 20, 2008

Times:       Men 6ft & above: 10:30am registration & warm up
                  11:00a -12:00pm audition

                  Women only: 11:00a registration & warm up
                  12-3p, audition

Ballet Hispanico of New York, an AGMA company under the artistic direction of Tina Ramirez, will hold auditions for experienced male & female dancers. Must have 3-5 years professional dance experience, strong ballet technique, and modern dance training. Contract is approximately 30 weeks & will begin in August, 2008. Contract includes national touring and a New York season with repertory by Graciela Daniel, Talley Beatty, Vicente Nebrada, and William Whitener.

Audition will consist of choreography from company's repertory. Please have resume and current dance photo, NOT stapled. You will be required to join AGMA if offered a contract. General Manager dmunson@ballethispanico.org
