Digital Marketing Manager



Ballet Hispánico is looking for a full-time Digital Marketing Manager to craft digital marketing strategies, create content for all digital channels and platforms, and monitor analytics to measure the efficacy of campaigns to maximize brand awareness, audience growth, and engagement.

Reporting to the Director of Marketing, the Digital Marketing Manager is a key member of the External Affairs team and works closely with senior leadership.


  • Produce and publish content for all digital channels that supports the MarCom calendar (created in collaboration with the Director of Marketing) and aligns the marketing goals (as outlined in the annual operating plan) with the strategic goals for the Company, School of Dance, Community Arts Partnerships, and Development.
  • Maintain consistent branding, voice, and personality across all digital channels and platforms
  • Manage posting, content, and engagement strategies and execution for organizational and education social media accounts with the goals of follower growth and engagement.
  • Cultivate the participation of Company dancers and alumni on social media channels as part of an influencer strategy.
  • Manage and update website content and calendar to align with MarCom plans and organizational programs.
  • Manage monthly analytics and reporting for social media and website metrics and make recommendations for optimization.
  • Design and manage eblasts and email campaigns for promotions and fundraising.
  • Support the creation and management of email signature campaign design and scheduling.
  • Support the creation and management of external digital media advertising buys.
  • Supervise video content production and creation for digital use across the organization.
  • Oversee the utilization of in-kind digital marketing resources and Google Ad grants.
  • Work with the Content Manager to secure photography, video, and creative assets for the design and content development of all digital channels.
  • Monitor social media trends to stay abreast of new social platforms and best practices.


  • Brand focus - ability to translate BH brand to content, promotional campaigns and design
  • Advanced knowledge of social media management, analytics, and reporting
  • Strong organization and project management skills
  • Commitment to meeting project timelines
  • Spanish proficiency a plus
