Virtual A La Calle Block Party

Ballet Hispánico's kicks off Hispanic Heritage Month programming with a virtual rendition of the annual A La Calle Virtual Block Party! Company dancers and School of Dance students perform alongside guests from Bombazo Dance Company, Calpulli Mexican Dance Company, and Contra Tiempo in a festive celebration fusing dance and culture. Sponsored by Con Edison of New York, Popular Bank, and Mutual of America.

Diálogos: Colorism in the Arts and Anti-blackness within Latinx Communities

Hispanic Heritage Month Celebration with Ballet Hispánico Sponsored by First Republic

Watch a performance by the Company then get moving to the beats of Salsa, Mambo, and Merengue in a Latin Social Dance Class led by Company dancers. This virtual event is designed for the whole family with basic movements that everyone can enjoy and follow.
