All New York City auditions will be held at Ballet Hispánico School's headquarters at:
167 W. 89th Street, New York, NY 10024 (between Amsterdam and Columbus Avenue).

By Subway/Bus
From the East Side of Manhattan:
Subway: Take the 4, 5, or 6 train to 86th Street. Walk three blocks west to Fifth Avenue, then take the M86 crosstown bus to Amsterdam Avenue. Walk three blocks north to 89th Street.
Bus: Take the M1, M2, M3, or M4 bus along Fifth Avenue (from uptown) or along Madison Avenue (from downtown) to 86th Street. Transfer to the M86 crosstown bus to Amsterdam Avenue, then walk three blocks north to 89th Street.
From the West Side of Manhattan:
Subway: Take the 1 train to 86th Street, walk three blocks east to Amsterdam Avenue, then north to 89th Street.
Subway Alternative: Take the C train to 86th Street and walk three blocks west to Amsterdam Avenue, then north to 89th Street.
Bus: Take the M7 or M11 bus to 89th Street and walk to Amsterdam Avenue.
From Penn Station:
Subway: Take the C local train to 86th Street, walk west to Amsterdam Avenue, and then north to 89th Street.
Bus: Take the M4 bus to 86th Street and Madison Avenue, then transfer to the M86 crosstown bus to Amsterdam Avenue and walk three blocks north to 89th Street.
Ballet Hispánico is conveniently located in the Upper West Side, easily accessible by public transportation. We recommend checking MTA schedules for real-time updates.
By Metro-North Railroad
Take the Hudson, Harlem, or New Haven Line to Grand Central Terminal. From there, you can take:
Subway: Take the 4, 5, or 6 train to 86th Street, transfer to the M86 crosstown bus to Amsterdam Avenue, then walk three blocks north to 89th Street.
Bus: Take the M1, M2, M3, or M4 bus along Madison Avenue to 86th Street, transfer to the M86 crosstown bus to Amsterdam Avenue, then walk three blocks north to 89th Street.
By Car
From The Bronx, Northern New Jersey, and New England:
Take southbound Henry Hudson Parkway to the 96th Street exit. Turn left onto Broadway, then right onto 89th Street, continuing east to Amsterdam Avenue.
From Brooklyn and Staten Island:
Take the Williamsburg Bridge, Manhattan Bridge, Brooklyn Bridge, or Battery Tunnel to northbound FDR Drive. Exit at 96th Street, continue west across Central Park, then turn left onto Columbus Avenue and right onto 89th Street.
From Southern New Jersey:
Take the New Jersey Turnpike to the Holland Tunnel, then take the Uptown exit. Continue north on Hudson Street, which becomes Eighth Avenue, then Central Park West. Turn right onto 89th Street, heading east toward Amsterdam Avenue.
From The Bronx, Queens, Long Island, and Upstate New York via RFK Bridge:
Take southbound FDR Drive to the 96th Street exit. Continue west across 96th Street, then turn left onto Columbus Avenue and right onto 89th Street.
From Queens and Long Island via Queensboro Bridge:
Use either level of the bridge and take the right-lane exit onto 60th Street (westbound). At Madison Avenue, turn right and drive north. Turn left onto 86th Street, cross Central Park, then turn right onto Columbus Avenue and right onto 89th Street.

GMC Parking at 250 West 89th Street offers secure parking from 6 AM to 12 AM.
Icon Parking at 175 West 90th Street provides valet service and convenient access to the Upper West Side.
Quik Park at 105 West 97th Street is another nearby option for those seeking parking close to Central Park.
MPG Parking at 70 West 95th Street offers additional parking solutions within a short walk of Ballet Hispánico.

2025 Summer Programs & 2025 - 2026 Year-Round Programs
Step One: Reserve your spot by registering on our Mindbody Portal
If you are new to Ballet Hispánico:
- Create a Mindbody account HERE.
- Account should be created with the auditionee's name and birthdate.
- Select your desired audition date.
- Pay the non-refundable $20 audition fee.
If you are a Ballet Hispánico student:
- Email school@ballethispanico.org to receive a waived audition fee code.
Step Two: Send your materials through our In-Person Audition Materials Submission Form
- Fill out Ballet Hispánico’s audition form (will be provided in the Audition Materials Submission Form)
- Upload a dance resume.
- Upload a headshot.
- Select an audition group based on your age and level:
Audition Group Options To Select From:
- Group A: Ages 12-15: Level: Intermediate to Advanced. Audition: 11:15am – 1:15pm
- Group B: Ages 7-11: Level: Beginner to Beginner-Intermediate. Audition: 2:15pm – 3:15pm
- Group C: Ages 16+: Level: Advanced. Audition: 3:30pm – 6:30pm
Students that meet the age requirement for multiple audition classes are encouraged to join the group they feel best matches their level of training.
