Jillian Campbell is from Libertyville, IL where she grew up dancing at Jenny’s Dance Centre under the direction of Jenny Campbell. Jillian is grateful to her home studio for developing her dual love of performance and teaching. She is trained in ballet, jazz, tap, lyrical, contemporary, modern, and hip-hop. Jillian has had the pleasure of training under many inspiring mentors including Ballet Hispánico’s School of Dance Director, Michelle Manzanales. In 2012, she received Top 12 Honors at the Youth America Grand Prix in Philadelphia as a contemporary ballet soloist. Jillian graduated Cum Laude with a BA in Dance and a Minor in Musical Theater from Point Park University. She performed professionally with Pittsburgh Musical Theater in many musical productions including Young Frankenstein, The Little Mermaid, Shrek the Musical, Les Miserables, and Seussical. In 2014, Jillian was the Co-Head Counselor at Perry Mansfield Performing Arts School and Camp. She performed as a Singer/Dancer at Cedar Point Amusement Park in the summer of 2015. For the past four years, Jillian traveled and performed internationally as a Production Cast Dancer and Singer with Royal Caribbean International, Norwegian Cruise Line, and Regent Seven Seas. Jillian recently relocated to New York City and looks forward to teaching and sharing her love of dance with the students at Ballet Hispánico.
