
Nicholas Ruscica
Limón
Nicholas Ruscica is a New York-based dance artist originally from Toronto, Canada. He earned his BFA from CalArts as a President’s Merit Scholar and joined the Limón Dance Company shortly after graduating, performing as a soloist from 2020 to 2024.
Nicholas has collaborated with artists such as Aszure Barton, VIM VIGOR, Kayla Farrish, and Raúl Taméz, performing across North America and Europe in venues including Stadttheater Fürth (Germany), Bellas Artes (Mexico City), and New York City Center.
In addition to performing, Nicholas is passionate about teaching the Limón Technique and
Floorwork. He has taught workshops and assisted in lecture demonstrations at institutions such as Princeton University, the University of Minnesota, the Limón Institute, the National Ballet School of Canada, and Canadian Contemporary Dance Theatre. He is currently a company member with Doug Varone and Dancers.
