Class Transfer Request
If a student wishes to transfer to another class, the parent/guardian is required to fill out a Class Transfer Request Form which can be found here:

Parent/guardian will work with the School of Dance to find an alternative class for their child.

Parent/guardian understand that this is a request, and it may not be fulfilled due to capacity.

Parent/guardian will receive an email notification of the outcome of their request.

All transfer requests must be submitted on or before October 24.

If an alternative class is not found, and parent/guardian wish to withdraw their child, they will follow the withdrawal process. Parent/guardian is required to fill out a Class Withdrawal Request Form here.
