School Year 2022-2023
Ballet Hispánico’s Los Pasitos Early Childhood Program for ages 2-5 merges creativity, cultures, and technique. Its curriculum focuses on developing coordination, spatial awareness, and musicality, with an emphasis on each child’s individual self-expression. Students learn proper dance etiquette, explore the wide spectrum of Latinx cultures, and build a solid foundation for dance training in a joyful, creative environment.
Los Pasitos merges creativity, cultures, and technique as well as helps students gain the following skills:
Physical: Coordination, refinement of gross and fine motor skills, understanding of space and their bodies.
Social/Affective: Listening, responding, taking turns, working cooperatively.
Cognitive: Recognizing, recalling, identifying, differentiating, and sequencing.

PREPARE FOR CLASS!
IMPORTANT: The Dress Code requires the purchase of School of Dance branded items from Corps Dancewear. Families are advised that School of Dance studio coupon code KD_BH212 must be used at check-out when purchasing required dress code items from Corpsdancewear.com to ensure that respective program uniforms include Ballet Hispánico logo. Logos will be required on all leotards and t-shirts as part of the School of Dance’s new dress code policy. All logo printed items are considered custom and may not be returned/exchanged once purchased. Families are strongly encouraged to review sizing charts for all items available on the Corps Dancewear website before finalizing purchasing orders. Additional dress code questions and/or concerns may be directed to the School of Dance (school@ballethispanico.org).

TUITION & FINANCIAL AID
Tuition & Financial Aid Financial support is available to our 2022-2023 Los Pasitos: Early Childhood families. Learn more about Scholarships & Financial Aid opportunities here. Existing account credits may be used and applied to student accounts at the time of a new school year class enrollment purchase. Families wishing to use a previous credit from their accounts must do so through the MINDBODY website, here. Please contact the School of Dance at school@ballethispanico.org if additional assistance is needed. WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS.
1st Payment: Due upon registration
2nd Payment: October 25
3rd Payment: January 25
4th Payment: March 25
Late Fees: All payments that are made 7 days past the due date will incur a $30.00 late fee.
AUTOMATIC PAYMENTS: Families who are interested in completing automatic payments for the 2022-2023 school year, are asked to complete the following form HERE and email to the School of Dance (school@ballethispanico.org) for automatic payment scheduling.
