In her role as the Director of Hispanic Initiatives and Senior Development Officer at San Diego Opera, Andrea adeptly employed her skills in major gift cultivation and stewardship, boasting an impressive 90% retention rate. Notably, she conceptualized and established the bi-national Opera en Español Initiative, a visionary project aligned with diversity, equity, and inclusion values.
